1. Introduction

Welcome to ShopZaara.pk. By accessing our website at www.shopzaara.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. These terms govern all transactions and interactions between you (the customer) and ShopZaara.pk (operated in Pakistan).

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly request that you do not use our website or services. ShopZaara.pk reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or product batches. ShopZaara.pk does not guarantee that product descriptions are always error-free.

2.2 Order Placement

By placing an order on ShopZaara.pk, you confirm that:

  • All information provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.

  • You are placing the order with genuine intent to purchase and receive the product.

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent/guardian.

2.3 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call from our team. Our customer service representative may contact you to verify order details before dispatch.

2.4 Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed to our courier partner, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via our official WhatsApp number or email listed on the website.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on ShopZaara.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our riders may not always carry change.

ShopZaara.pk does not currently process any advance online payments. Be cautious of any third party asking for upfront payment on our behalf — this would not be from us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and surrounding areas. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

4.2 Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather or courier delays. ShopZaara.pk will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of order. We periodically offer free delivery promotions — check our website or social media pages for the latest offers.

4.4 Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us and the order will be considered cancelled. Repeated missed deliveries may result in restrictions being placed on future COD orders from the same customer.

5. Open Parcel Policy

ShopZaara.pk offers a full Open Parcel guarantee to protect our customers. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Open your parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment or signing any receipt.

  • Check that the product is correct, undamaged, and complete.

  • Reject the parcel on the spot if the item is clearly damaged, incorrect, or missing components.

Once you have accepted the parcel and the rider has left, ShopZaara.pk considers the delivery complete. We cannot process returns or refunds for parcels that have been accepted without inspection.

In the case of a product defect that is not immediately visible (e.g. an electronic item that fails after first use), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear video showing the defect. We will review your claim and offer a solution at our sole discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.

6. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our supply chain and product sourcing, ShopZaara.pk does not offer a standard 7-day return policy. Our return conditions are as follows:

  • Parcel rejected at delivery (damaged, wrong item, missing parts): Full replacement or refund applicable.

  • Product defect reported within 24 hours with video proof: Replacement at our discretion.

  • Change of mind after delivery: Not accepted. Please ensure you review product details carefully before ordering.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered: Not eligible for return or replacement.

All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by our team. ShopZaara.pk's decision in such matters is final.

7. Fake Orders & Order Abuse

Placing fake, prank, or fraudulent orders is strictly prohibited. Customers who repeatedly place orders and refuse delivery without valid reason may have their phone numbers blocked from placing future orders on ShopZaara.pk.

ShopZaara.pk reserves the right to refuse service to any customer suspected of order fraud or abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ShopZaara.pk, including but not limited to product images, logos, text, and website design, is the intellectual property of ShopZaara.pk or its licensed partners. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShopZaara.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and are not responsible for any losses resulting from website downtime or technical issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
